Your service provider has engaged Commercial Credit Control to help collect your overdue account on their behalf. It is very important that you contact Commercial Credit Control to arrange a flexible payment solution.

How do I make a payment?
We’ve made making a payment as simple as possible – payment portals are available via our website, or through the SMS communications we would have sent you.

Has a default been listed on my credit file?
If you’re not sure, you can contact a credit reporting agency. You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report each year, but they will require some identification to be able to process your request. How can you apply for hardship assistance?
- Speak with our Hardship Team today by calling 1300 137 303, or click here to obtain a copy of our Hardship Application form. The form can be printed or completed on your smart phone or other smart devices. Once you have completed the form, please send it to [email protected], with any relevant supporting information and documentation.
- In order for us to assess your request, we will ask for information about your current financial situation. Depending on your reason for requesting hardship assistance, we may also ask you to provide us with supporting information and documentation such as:
- Bank statements
- Centrelink Income Statement
- Pay slips
- Medical documents
- Separation Certificate
- Details of other hardship arrangements you have with other providers/creditors
- Any information or documentation relevant to/supporting your circumstances
